HSS believes that the meaning of democracy should be renewed with every generation, especially young people should become aware of political developments. Only then will they be able to get motivated, engage and take responsibility. To put it in a narrower denominator: Democracy needs political education.

With this reasoning, a fruitful cooperation was born with the National Youth Congress during 2018, where the harmonizing of the ideals of creating an Albania where the above-mentioned are easily distinguishable in our society, requires a joint work between parties with access to different resources and groups. The specifics of this cooperation are in the areas of civil education and political education with the wide community access of youth organizations, informal groups, schools in secondary education and universities.
