“Local Youth Policy – Employment Master Plans”
National Youth Congress of Albania in collaboration with Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Tirana Office, is implementing this year the “Local Youth Policy – Employment Master Plans” Project.
This project comes in pursuit of our long-term cooperation relating to the finalization last year of Local Youth Action Plans in 12 regions of the country, as well as the need to address and treat in a dedicated and intensive manner specific issues covered in the Action Plans, having a fundamental importance for the youth at the local level. Promoting youth employment is in the focus of our cooperation this year and we are addressing this topic by taking up initiatives and carrying out activities in its service.
This project consists of mutual cooperation with Municipal Councils, Municipal Administrations, local actors involved in the topic of employment, experts in the field, as well as Local Youth Organizations and young activists. Translating the results of the Youth Action Plans into concrete steps of action is the aim of our work this year and onwards, with the common denominator empowerment of youth and improvement of their perspective in the future.
“Politikat Rinore Lokale për të rinjtë – Master Planet e Punësimit”
Kongresi Rinor Kombëtar me mbështetjen e Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, po zbaton këtë vit Projektin “Politikat Rinore Lokale për të rinjtë – Master Planet e Punësimit”.
Ky projekt vjen në ndjekje të bashkëpunimit afatgjatë në lidhje me finalizimin e programit të e vitit të kaluar të Planeve Lokale të Veprimit për Rininë në 12 qarqe të Shqipërisë, si dhe nevojën për të adresuar dhe trajtuar në mënyrë të përkushtuar dhe intensive çështje specifike të mbuluara në Planet e Veprimit, që kanë një rëndësi themelore për të rinjtë në nivelin lokal. Promovimi i punësimit të të rinjve është në fokus të bashkëpunimit për këtë vit duke marrë iniciativa dhe duke kryer aktivitete në shërbim të saj.
Ky projekt konsiston në bashkëpunim të ndërsjellë me Bashkitë Përkatëse, Administratat Komunale, aktorët lokalë të përfshirë në temën e punësimit, ekspertë të fushës, si dhe Organizata Lokale Rinore dhe aktivistë të rinj. Përkthimi i rezultateve të Planeve Lokale të Veprimit për Rininë në hapa konkretë është qëllimi i punës sonë këtë vit e tutje, me fuqizimin emërues të përbashkët të të rinjve dhe përmirësimin e perspektivës së tyre në të ardhmen.
