Within the framework of the project “Culture Can Make It! – Connecting the dots towards a more inclusive sector for young people,” a series of advocacy initiatives have been launched to strengthen dialogue between civil society, cultural actors and policymakers.

The advocacy actions aim to raise awareness about key challenges affecting the cultural and creative industries and to encourage collaborative efforts toward improving the implementation of Albania’s cultural policies. Through discussions, consultations and stakeholder engagement activities, civil society organisations, young artists and cultural professionals have been invited to share their perspectives and contribute ideas for strengthening the cultural sector.

These advocacy initiatives focus particularly on promoting greater participation of civil society in cultural policy monitoring, supporting opportunities for young artists, and fostering cooperation between institutions and cultural actors. By creating platforms for dialogue and collective reflection, the project contributes to building a more inclusive cultural ecosystem and to supporting evidence-based policy discussions in Albania’s cultural sector.
