Today, on July 5, 2017 was held the annual event of the National Youth Congress. This event consists of two full days of work, where today’s day was a day of success for over 80 organizations, informal youth groups and youth forums of political parties present under the umbrella of Congress.
The positive synergies created, qualitative discourses and new fascinating flows brought inspirational atmosphere for all the work that will continue in the coming months.
The first panel of discussion consisted in the role of national youth structures in youth empowerment and connectivity as well as regional youth cooperation as a multidimensional trend.
This panel welcomed panelists Tobias Kock from German Federal Youth Council Jochen Rummenhoeller from the German Federal Youth Council, Milica Skiljevic from the National Youth Council in Serbia, Besart Lachi from the Macedonian National Youth Council, Liridon Iberhysaj from the Central Youth Action Council and Dimitrije Jovicevic, Montenegro’s youth representative at RYCO’s Board of Directors, under the moderation of Bekim Shehu.
The second panel consisted in presenting the report on the Youth Resolutions Initiative and by sharing the main findings from the 12 regions of Albania on Education, Youth Employment, Social Security, Public Space and Integration.
This panel developed the discussions under the auspices of experts who followed the initiative of the Youth Resolution, which in the genesis: Blerina Balla, Neshat Zeneli, Marjan Lukani, Rigels Xhemollari and Gentiola Madhi, under the moderation of Xhulio Nikolli.
The third panel continued with the launch of local initiatives supported by KRK with panelists Armela Pengili from Act for Society, Mona Xhexhaj from European Movement Albania, Amarildo Topi from Citizens Channel, Dritan Sakuta from Liburnetik and Megi Haxhi from You Care, under the moderation of Enxhi Mahmuti This day was closed with the profile of all youth subjects in Congress, where everyone had the opportunity to unfold the prophesy and daily work in the community.
Tomorrow the congress continues with the second day of the works, where will be held the new elections for the Board of Directors. Success and prosperity!
